YOUTH SPORTS TRAINING

Youth Sports Training at Roc Fitness prepares student athletes from the ages of 7 - 17 to be more competitive through a specially designed training program.

Different sports require different skills. Roc Fitness has designed agility drills, stretching, weight training and cardio vascular programs to give the athlete the cutting edge in competitive sports.

Roc has trained numerous high school athletes who have gone on to play sports at a college level. To his credit, these competitors credit Roc's Programs with helping them achieve more and elevating their potentials.

Roc himself is a gifted athlete in several sports including football and basketball. It is his personal familiarity and experience that benefits the student in numerous ways.
