Free Fitness Consultation

Inside the GymRocFitness offers a free half-hour fitness consultation to provide new clients with the necessary information to begin a training program. This first step in starting a fitness program includes a tour of the workout facility, a full medical history review, a fitness goals assessment, a lifestyle evaluation, an overview of fitness training packages and pricing options, and answering all questions about the training. Free consultation does not include training time, and additional half-hour consultations are available by appointment for $20.

Ongoing Performance Evaluation

Rocfintess offers ongoing performance evaluations throughout the training process in order gain insight into your level of physical fitness. These assessments include tracking your resting heart rate, blood pressure, cardiovascular recovery rate, muscular endurance, flexibility testing and body fat composition screening.

12 Week Training Packages

Rocfitness offers a variety of 12 week training packages to fit your specific training needs. Each sessions is scheduled in advance and all packages include an ongoing fitness assessment, nutritional evaluation and workout progress report. Cancellations are accepted with 24 hours advance notice. No credit is accepted for missed appointments.

Starter Package Plan: Two sessions per week for 12 weeks. Price: $1,800.00.  $600 due at the first session, and two consecutive payments of $600 due at the beginning of the  5th and 9th week.

Silver Package Plan: Three sessions per week for 12 weeks. Price:$2,520.00. $840 due at the first session, and two consecutive payments of $840 due during the 5th and 9th week.

Gold Package Plan: Four sessions per week for 12 weeks. Price: $3,120.00.  $1,040 due at the first session, and two consecutive payments of $1,040 due during the 5th and 9th week.

Platinum Package Plan: Five sessions per week for 12 weeks. Price: $3,600.00. $1,200 due at the first session, and two consecutive payments of $1500 due during the 5th and 9th week.
